Boston Marriott Long Wharf
We are excited to again be hosting NAVIGATE2018 at the Marriott Long Wharf Hotel! Located just outside of Boston’s Faneuil Hall—steps from the New England Aquarium and Boston’s famous North End—the Marriott Long Wharf has been hosting events and guests from around the globe for over 25 years.
The Rose Kennedy Greenway is a series of parks stretching from Boston’s North Station to the city’s Chinatown neighborhood. The Greenway’s 17 acres host everything from food trucks and carousels to public art and yoga. On Saturdays in the early summer through the fall, the Greenway Open Market houses vendors from all over the region selling their locally made crafts.
THINGS TO DO IN BOSTON
Faneuil Hall has been a central meeting place for the city of Boston since 1743. It is part of Boston’s National History Park organization and a must-see stop on Boston’s famed Freedom Trail. Once a meeting place where ideas of revolution and independence were dreamed of and discussed, the Hall now acts as a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. This must-see attraction is a great experience for people visiting Boston for the first time (and it’s just steps from NAVIGATE2018’s official conference hotel).
THINGS TO DO IN BOSTON
First settled in 1630, the 1/3 square mile of Boston known as the North End is one of the city’s oldest residential neighborhoods. Known as Boston’s “Little Italy”, the neighborhood’s streets are filled with Italian culture, music, and the smells of fine Italian dining. From pasta primavera and local oysters to biscotti and infamous cannoli (Boston is home to the Cannoli Wars—Mike’s vs. Modern Pastry) you’re in for a fine night of food and fun.
